At the MCC meeting last month at Five Dock, I met a certain other ausmini'er (you know who you are!) who has a 91 (?) Rover Mini, and in talking to him he sowed the seeds about going the late model route. I went and saw the Brickworx Aladdin's Cave of minis, Steve had a nice Black one but I think that due to the way we are going in the cricket I was turned off due to the Union Jack roof.
I've basically fallen for this car's old school looks, and plan to keep it unmolested as per the pics. I woke up today and feel like a kid counting down the days towards christmas.
