I was interested in buying a set of these gauges, but was told they were off a rover not a mini. is that right? I am looking for a gt tacho gauge, which I think should redline at 6500 to 8000. Is that correct? :?

Nope Rover weren't an Australian company.

Yep, they were on ebay. I asked a couple of questions about the gauges but didn't get an answer. I am after a gt tacho for a 71gt - I have s tachos which start redline at 5500, but I thought gt ones started at 6500?

My GT tacho redline starts at 6500 and goes to 8000.

Good luck finding a GT tach... I know what happened to one, better ask Mrs Brickworx.

One hint - Call the fire brigade.
