Okies, site has been updated. Progress so far:
* Floor panels all cut out
* Mini on its side for easy access
* My torque wrench is here (Borum 1/2" Drive 10-150lbs/ft)
* 1100 Engine is all running, just a little smokey
* Front subframe mostly sandblasted
Aiming for at the moment:
* Finish cleanup and prime front subframe
* Finish stripping 850 engine for turbo buildup ('tis my guinny pig)
* Trim floor sections and new panels in order to start floor replacement.
I think thats it for now. I put the new water pump on the engine, everything seems to be running smoothly. Got a cheapo taco so I could set the distributor (its a pulsar distributor) and after adjusting, the mini starts almost first time every time. Now I just need a better starter motor.
