well the mini has been tuned now and is running really well but when i plant my foot it sort of coughs and struggles before the power comes on strong. the guy put in an inline fuel filter which wasnt there before, do you thinkn it could be that effecting fuel delivery?
what else could it be, it seems to happen in all gears :?

If he did, either the needle is too lean or the main jet is too high or the wrong oil is in the dashpot.
I'd try the old needle again... 8)

Take it back...if it was a Dellorto or a webber I would say...adjust the way you put your right foot down but thats not the case with a Su

I do Think its the oil in the dash pot..i'd go thinner.
Needle....check the plugs before you take it back and see what colour it is, Maybe take a picture of it, could also be the timing maybe out, But I dont think so

Give Midel 02 97595598 Bill Silvo a call and check what needle you have and what he thinks you should have

You may teach someone something

Yeah, change the dashpot oil first. Then put your foot down again  if still the same, take it back!
