Post subject:  Eastern Creek Historics....

Hi all,

Anyone heading out to the HSRCA meeting this weekend at Eastern Creek ? I will be competing in regularity (Group N once I can get my license upgrade...) Cooper S No 333. White with red and green stripes.

Stop by and say "g'day" if anyone is heading out - should be a great weekend. I have a spot in the marquee just beside the food van in the middle of the paddock.

Cheers

Troy.

ha ha - half a devil.... i like it.

Actually its a composite of two things;
1. My father used to play for Geelong, number 33. He then took 33 on to a race number with our Bolwell MkIv.
2. My favourite number is 3

Put them together... and 333. Also if you pick an obscure number, nobody will contest the number so it can stay on the car for ages!

Maybe I should get a sticker made up for "half a devil"....

Post subject:  Great Weekend!!

The tribute to Jag meeting at EC was pretty good...numbers in the fields down a bit from previous years but still pretty good.

Unfortunately, I was a bit of a Mini Magnet....Peter Mouser was turned around by an EH at turn 7 and David Wheatly failed to proceed just past my point with some gremlin.

TCW seemed to have good speed and seemed to have a trouble free run...and George #74 from the Central Coast also circulated quck and smooth.

Bergan was flying in Na/Nb and won all three races beating quick Mustangs etc....

John Battersby went really well...good to see...Cameron was consitent...and my mate Barrie Brown...was very entertaining cocking a rear leg through the hairpin at Turn 9 (wheel a foot off the ground :shock: )

Brett (#191) seemed to have fun as well....saw him going for fuel outside EC on my way in one morning.
