Give it a vac and fit seat covers and you're done. :D
What sort of thing are you after?

take out that dodgy dash and make a new one yourself to suit how you want it! i think there was a thread on here somewhere with pics of peoples custom dash's, might be worth a look for some ideas

That interior is fantastic - expensive though.

One thing I hate: Seat covers. They never fit without wrinkling, they scream "My seats are shagged" and are crap for sitting on. They also look really, really cheap.

One other thing I'm not keen on is filling in the dash, making a plywood 'dash' across the entire width. One of the signature things about the mini is the open shelf. I plan to replace the original materials with well-fitted microsuede, keeping colours / textures to black vinyl, black microsuede and aluminium. Thus I can source the materials myself and make any brackets from aluminium. Hopefully it will look 'modern' but with the key features of the mini. I'll keep the old style Clubman dials, but retrim the entire dash, making sure there's no loose wires or unfinished areas.

I agree with the exception of sheepskin covers, good ones are comfortable to use and look good too.
