Who in Adelaide can do a good unleaded conversion on a 1275 Mini head (worked 12G). It's been ported, flowed and balanced by Airflow Developments (Stuart Gower) but he's now closed the business. I guess it's only the exhaust valve seats that need replacing, but I don't want to loose too much of the flow potential in the process.

If the head has been well ported, particularly the exhaust throat and short radius under the seat, there may not be much meat left to allow an unleaded insert to be installed. Take it to a mini shop like Brickworx or Minisport and they should be able to tell you. They also may be able to refer you to a good machine shop.
