take out the locking strip then push it and it should pop out, to get it back in can take 5 minutes or 5 months in my case, but not overly difficult although it helps when 2 people are doing it

push from the inside, use your feet in socks... two people its a breeze. try to move the rubber lip towards the window.
To refit, get a professional, they gaurentee(spell) it not to leak.
about 80 bucks.

I also used a heat gun on the rubber to aid pushing it out. Also used the heat gun to put it back in, but not sure if this helped or not.

Putting it back in wasnt TOO difficult, because the windscreen is smaller and you arnt as likely to drop it on the bonnet, but for 80$ id probally get someone to fit it thinking about it now.

I had to make that tool by bending a screw driver. it was hard work. JAMS site was very helpfull for this.

Did you use any silcone?

What about getting the chrome locking strip back in? I've heard this can be difficult?
