I just noticed two slight lumps appearing in the middle of the drivers door.. I know for a fact that when it rains water gets down the window into the door (the inside door cards have been damp a few times).. So theres a big chance it would be rust.. What is the best way to go about fixing this? If I remove the door and take the door cards out, will I be able to get to where the rust is easily? I need new window rubbers..

hmmm easily - there's a word they did not use when designing the mini 
there is an inside steel panel, and window winding mechanism in between the door card and the outer skin, so no it will not be easy. BUT i would still remove the door card, because you want to fix it once and properly. |
