would it be possible to put back doors in a mini? I am always carting around my whole family and it is quite annoying putting the front seat forward for my three kids to jump in..so my idea was to make it possible for the back panels to be converted into doors..has anyone ever done this before?

How about 2 doors but each door extended all the way to the back then make them hinge on the roof line with hydraulic rams to open and close em 8)

I think the closest you can get would be a Morris 1100. Same concept as the Mini, has 4 doors and more sensible for a family ! You will still be a ble to socialise here with one too.

Yeah, i reckon an old Morris 1100,,,but with all GTR Skyline R32 4x4 Turbo running gear

:-)

i`ve been toying with the idea of an doin an old split window Duel cab Combie Ute with this same running gear fitted up,,,what a weapon it would be & the looks on the faces of the v8 comodores that you just blasted off at the lights or when you win outright in the Autocross or whatever :-)

hee hee,,,ah well,,,sorry, i`ll shut up now
