Another quick check on the dizzy 29D Vac Dizzy. Thought I'd give the points a Check on Marcia and the plate moves from top to bottom. Just to enforce what I mean it does move with the vac but also it seems the pins may be a little loose holding the plate Im sure this is not correct |

Probably it's loose in the middle, where it pivots around.... one reason I like non-vac dizzys- the plate is fixed. |

I agree Dr. less things to go wrong. The only reason I was playing with it is to check that the engine is fine once the 1275 arrives. This way I can say to person wants to know what the engine is like i can or cant say it was not smoking/noicey whatever. I'm Thinking a quick fix is to give it a smack it with a hammer, well the pivots anyway. Ill be purchasing some leads and see if she runs tomorrow and hopfull get under her rear to see what see has ![]() |
