hi everyone,i had the brakes on boris adjusted recently and under heavy brakeing he is pulling to the left,bit scary,its reallt noticeable,is this normal thanks ![]() |

Drums or discs? If it's drums could be they need adjusting. |

sticking piston,im definatly ignorant as to the way of the mini,there are pistons near the brakes,the brakes were adjusted by some peaple i know at the local gararge ![]() |

the brakes are hydraulic, so there is a hydraulic piston which pushes the brake shoes into contact with the inside of the drum, if the piston sticks or seizes which happens, the shoe won't return to its proper position and may stick on.. if the adjustment is incorrect, the left shoes will contact the left drum before the ones on the right. the brakes may even up if you press them harder or pump them, that should give a bit of an idea |

that makes sense,so how can the adjustment be incorrect,from what iv read in my mini manuel the brakes are tightned untill the wheel hub wont move and then released untill the wheele moves freely, |
