gday guys just wondering what type of mini my new one is?
i know its a clubman 8)
but the body number is
YG2S8 and the engine number is 10017434 though i think it may have been restamped (when rebuilt?)

PS i did search for "body numbers" before askin, but i couldnt find it :?

runnin on hydro suspension, discs, 1275?

The engine number is similar to my old one that was reportedly a Repco reconditioned motor [hence the non-BMC numbering system]. Mine was painted repco blue.

YG2S8 is a GT (I know coz I got one :wink: )

Engine prefix 1001 is a 1098

Chances are it's NOT a GT :lol:

EDIT: YG2S7 is Standard Clubman with 1098

Does the VIN plate say YG2S8? And does the rest of the number match the one on the rad shroud?
Does it have twin tanks?
Boot board brackets?
Does it have 7.5" discs?
3 clock binnacle with tacho? What is the redline on the tacho?
