my mini is now half stripped - it goes in to get the rust done this weekend. i was about to go out and look at how to take the windscreens out, but i just heard thunder, so i will have to wait till dad gets home and see if i can steal his garage...

engine problem still exists. had it at a mechanic for 2 days and they couldn't work out what was wrong. will have to wait until the rust is finished now though...

When you get a new windscreen buy yourself a new rubber too.
I didn't and i get wet feet everytime it rains, and no its not from rust holes in the floor

It's not too hard to take the windscreen out. Just take the locking strip off and open the drivers door and push the windscreen out from inside the car. Have the other hand on the outerside for support if it drops.
