anyone in the brisbane area that has nothing to do next saturday (19th Nov) and would like to help me drop the front and rear subframes out of my deluxe i am offering free beer and the chance to spend the day with ME! (offer you cant refuse)...i've got most of the prep done so its just a matter of taking the subframe bolts out and dropping them out...PM me if yer interested...i'm in ashgrove if yer wondering... |

get the radiator the batery feed earth strap brake lines clutch slave all removed b4 you drop it at variouse times i have forgotten these when droping a motor and subframe out and can make it a pain in the arse oh and the gear shift extension makka |

makka yeah done all that i think...i was fairly careful to get it all...just need to release the main bolts and the thing should drop out...but hey! why not make a party outta it?

Lift the body off the front subby, pivoting on the back wheels, then jack it up and drop the rear.

what time on sat? if i have nowt else on i will come over and give you a hand. top dollar at the swap meet? you obviously didnt see my sign it read "NO HAGGLING JUST PUT COINS IN THE BASKET" except you cant help some people one guy asked me how much i wanted for a bonnet i said , name your own price , he gave me $10 i asked why he didnt say $5 cos i would have taken it. go figure. |
