Yep, if parked a long time it's probably leaked out the bottom seal on the MC, inside the car.
By all means refill and bleed it, but a new seal kit is a good idea.

The mini convertible I recently bought had been sitting for 8 months but was driving before then. I just want to know what would be the problem if the clutch has gone squishy like the brakes when they haven't been blead. |

There could be an air leak somewhere in the system, check for a leaky master cylinder or slave cylinder... |
