The drivers side on the clubby is well down which I thought may need replacing. But after depressing the valve at the rear and getting covered in fluid which was obviously under great pressure I'm hoping it just needs pumping up. There are no signs of leakage. I'm about to go and buy the bits to make a 'Grease Gun hydro pump', as per instructions found on an Ausmini thread, has anyone else made and used one of these successfully? |

I made one a while back and it works fine. I had to glue up some of the adapter joins to stop it leaking, but now it works fine. Paying $50 once for the pump beats $40 a pump up at the mini shop! |

I was just quoted $50 for the tractor tire water filling attachment. Is this what you used? If so where did you purchase it? If not, what fittings did you use and where did you find them? |

You must also use some sort of bleed type system on your pump as air in the system does bad things. |

If you can get someone that can silver-solder or braze just get a metal valve cap (not a plastic one) drill a hole in the end and solder/braze it to a pipe fitting. ![]() I made my hydro pump from an old master cylinder and some hose. Total cost $0. |
