I doubt there would be a reply other than this offering no info 
But at the Longford Mini Show a few weeks (4-6? cant remember) There was a whole group of owners who had a meeting to organise a Northern Tassie Mini group an extension of the main club that operates out of Hobart, But i didnt listen to it, given that i will be living down South in but 3 months. i cannot help you with the info though Go to www.minitas.org.au and see what they have to say
