Post subject:  Removing lock-nut off steering rack???
Hope everybody at Ausmini had great Christmas.

With the Christmas break I've finally got around to removing the rack from the car and this job has now got my vote for being one of the worst jobs on the mini. :evil:

Can anyone tell me how the lock-nut behind the steering ball joint actually moves, I've lifted up the staking points but the thing won't budge. Does it unscrew or slide? :roll:
