I gather that people have been a bit slow to advise Brian that they are ready to compete in February.... :?:

"As of yesterday we only have four entries, Greg Hewson, Tim Trintton, Charlie Borg & Brad Bubos. Eighteen people have promised to entry for the first meeting so please don't forget to get your entries in. As there is no practice on Friday I've managed to get a ten minute practice first up on Saturday morning."

So, maybe a reminder is needed??

"I hope you all had a relaxing Christmas & are ready for the first round on
the 4th of Feb. This year the event is being held on the Saturday so
Wakefield can run the tractors on Sunday in case of rain.

The All British Day is scheduled for Sunday the 25th of June & the final
round will be in late September / early October.

Membership this year will be $25 & to be eligible for points you will need
to be a paid up member before the first race meeting. Please post your
Eligibility Form and payment to Wayne, or find him on the day before
practice.

We are curently searching for a naming rights series sponsor & hopfully we
will have one by the first round so stay tuned.

I've also attached this years Competitor Info Sheet so please fill it out &
email/post it back to Wayne before the first round as without them the
commentator has very little to say during the races.

Most importantly, I've attached a copy of the 2006 Rules & Regulations.
Please note we have made a change by amalgamating the Group "N" & Road
Registered classes.

Finally, we're happy to assist competitors by creating the "MRA
Classifieds"
for distribution by email. Let me know what you wish to sell or buy by Feb 4 for inclusion.

Brian Walden

Post subject:  Lift from Parra to Wakefield Park required

I have a person from Bulgaria named Mili that is keen to attend the Mini's this weekend. He does not have a car & cannot get a train or bus to Goulburn & is looking for a lift to the track on Saturday.

He lives at Nth Parramatta & will help pay for fuel etc so if anyone can help please email or phone me as I would hate to see a Mini enthusiast miss our race meeting.
