how hard is it
to change over clubby doors for a pair of rover ones with the hinges on the inside

has anyone on here done it :?

i would like to see some pics :wink:

start with a rover shell, and put a clubman front on it....

everything is different - size & shape of the doors, pillars etc. etc.

thay made a clubman with internal hinges :wink:
i think pommy land never had externals on there clubmans
woud be easier to get a full body me thinks

You can buy a new Clubby body from Pommyland, but it will have no ID, good luck getting it registered here in Oz... :lol:

<edit> This is Oz, mate, real Minis all have external hinges... and proper shape doors. 8)

I love those mirrors.
They are the classiest wing mirrors Rovers come with.
THe other flat type are fugly. :wink:

OMG, the Doc has dissed me! :shock: :wink: :lol: :lol:

They match the old school look, plus they come in handy when stopping by on the way home to buy milk, you just hang the shopping bag with the milk off them and don't spill a dro on the carpet . :)

It would be easier to find a (compact) internal hinge setup off another car and adapt it to the mini doors. Plenty of starlt front cuts lying around that might have what you need. Really wouldn't be that hard. Worth a go if not to be different.
