Sorry to bring this up again but has anyone tried building a mini dash like in the last document on this site? http://www.wannop.karoo.net/mini/dash/

I sorta want to make it look -

by making an instrument surround like the pic would a set of black australian triple gauges fit in behind there as nicely as the pic?
I want something like in the pic but cannot justify $1000 to but an imported setup..

The aussie gauges and the english ones still use the same plasic outer portions, so a triple aussie cluster would fit a rover dash. The gauge surround is what really sets em off I believe. Pity it was only on the rovers, and UK dashes.
