hello,
i have a stock standard 1100 motor,it has been re-cod' or so the previous owners said, and it has a didgy little 1 1/4 SU that is out of tune on her,but the thing is,iv saved up enuff cash to buy a LCB manifold,2" exhaust to a rezinator and twin chrome tips at the arse, should look cool, and a pair of twin 1 1/4 SU's on stoc manifold, once i get all that on,im gunna take her to a dyno tuner(more power) and have it all tuned to the motor, will these mod's give me much of a power increase over what the motor is doing now?i hope it will but im realy not sure, plese help me

I wouldn't go over 1"3/4 for the exhaust size. Straight through lukey mufffler. The LCB extractors on an 1100 are a bit of an over kill. Expensive and don't work any better than standard S type extractors for a road engine.

I would: Change exhaust. S extractors, 1 3/4 system

Fit a single 1 1/2 or twin 11/4 Su

Forget about dyno tuning.

I'll disagree with Bobtel on this one- I've found an LCB works better on 1100 than a freeflow does, IF you have a cam and headwork.
I'd do both before these you worry about carbs or dyno.
Don't go too big on cam- a 270 duration is as far as I would go with these.
As for carbs, You can't beat twin HS2s on an 1100... :P
