Hi guys, i'm in the process of building a square frame on wheels to mount my 850's body while im restoring it (also building a rotisserie) i'd just like to know how tall you built yours??

i'm thinkin it should be around 600mm high then the body mounts on top.......anyone else know the dimensions of theirs? and perhaps what they would change if they could build theirs again?? just trying to build a nice frame thats works well.

cheers Pete

I just got some angle iron scraps for a local steel yard ($20) and built the biggest frame that the scraps would allow. Turns out that it is just height enough and wide enough to fit snugly inside the mini panel van that I am restoring. Complete accident, but has come in handy a number of times.

The only change I would make to mine is to use better wheels. I just grabbed some supercrap rubber ones, but they break pretty quickly. The rubber disintegrates under any real load.
