Can someone tell me the minimum thickness it is recommended for brake rotors- 8.4 variety- before they're unsafe to use?

From memory, the minimum thickness allowed is 8mm, there are a number of places to get these and I belive that the ones that I got for the Moke were 10mm thick.

Minimum allowed thickness is 8.5mm. Original thickness was 10mm.

If they are the ventilated rotors it is much more than 8mm. More like 18mm. Mine measure 20mm I think.
