I've spent the half the morning looking for a car alarm installation place. I'm after a car alarm that a) complies to Australian standards with a 2 point immobiliser and b) comes with a digital (not mercury) tilt sensor because a) in case Shannons require me to fit alarm that complies in future and b) in case some fools decide to try to pick my car up. I found a piranha dealer around the corner from h0nk in Redfern, seemed to know what he was doing and a nice guy except for the Mr Bean cracks ![]() ![]() I then went through a variety of sparkies who weren't much help until I found one in Rosebery that installed Rhino alarms. Basically the same as above for an Australian standards alarm for $400. Does anybody have any experience with any brand of alarm that they can help out with? ![]() |
