Anyone know were I can take my second hand (Ebay) Momo steering wheel to be recovered. Its had a bit of use and needs a clean up Any idea's on how much they are going to charge me ![]() |

hey gaf...go to any auto trimmer.....i had a leather wheel recovered a coupla years ago, but it aint cheap..they charged me $100 and did an ok job |

Was that including the leather? $100 aint too bad, considering the price of new leather wheels. ![]() |

yeah it was poeee...but like i said it wasnt an amazing job...but ok...better than the wheel with the holes ive worn in it that ive got now ![]() |

Had the airbag steering wheel in my Mazda retimmed in leather by RECARO, back in 2000, cost $175... They did the wheel and gearboot in matching leather for $250 for the lot.... But that was "show quality" work...... 4 years later, the wheel has worn and stained badly thanks to my "taxi" steering style... but the leather there is blue, the black bits are fine.... I would recommend a black retim because any staining wont show up... |

I got my very S/H MotaLita recovered in vinyl years ago for $80 in Seven Hills, job was not brilliant although it's still not ripped. I'd be interested in getting it redone again in leather. I believe SAAS do it (or used to..) but only to their wheels. |

wombat i used to drive a mack superliner with one of them pearl steering wheels .. and a leyland lepard bus that had the same style of wheel makka |
