what would you expect to pay for a fully rebuilt 1293 metro turbo engine and box with all accessories.

Is it in or out of a car, has it been, what gearbox is on it, does it have recipts or was it a home job and remember you don't have x ray eyes so be careful

Depends on what condition it is in but if its just a second hand unit with a fair few Ks on it maybe $500-1000 depending on condition of turbo and whats attached to engine if its new and fresh double or triple that amount as long as there is proof of condition

Metro tubos came with 8.4inch vented rotors and 4pot calipers... But I think this is just for the engine, not the brakes?

fully rebuilt the engine has all the parts new laid out not assembled yet, head new guides, ported, chamber had beak removed and polished, oringed block, gearbox has had webbing reinforced, new bearings and syncros, double row vernier timing gear, not sure what cam on it. two turbos with it carb and plenum
