My Rover Mini Mayfair I'm sure needs it's radiator flushed out, the coolant looks a bit dirty and I can not remember when it was done last, if ever since owning it.

How hard is it to do, with simple directions could a non mechanically minded brother and sister team do it??? My mechanic, Dad, is away, and I need Lurker running well next week.

Or should I just take it to Link?

Its a fiddly job, I'd just get Link to do it.
They'd do it a lot faster than a first timer, besides, with the heat down here lately you
wouldn't really want to be spending more than about ten minutes on the job!
