I try not to look in either of those mags as they are all overpriced. I gave up on unique cars years ago.

That's tru.....some of the car's in both those mags are definately not worth the price they're asking. There was an EH wagon (original condition, 1 owner) and they wanted $20,000 could go out and buy a late model or a new car.

I'm lucky if i can afford the mag. let alone the cars inside.

Dont want to come across as rude but if you are looking for a unipue car like a
cooper to buy the Unique cars is a good place to look.
$ 7 isnt that much to me if i was really looking to buy.
I buy it every month and not looking to buy.
This month has a british heritage special that may be of interest to you.

I think i remember a cooper for sale in there somewhere.

There are two coopers for sale on the MOCQ web site. The first is Glen Carpenter's old race car. He says it has log books and several very good results. Paint could do with refreshing because it is 25 year or so old but otherwise good. It is the car that is on his web page http://www.glensminimart.itgo.com/

Thanks Mark, I've already looked on the site and contacted the owners. I was keen on the green Mk11 for $24000 but the car has been sold.

Unique cars is full of cars that are overpriced, it's just my opinion. I used to buy them every month as well, pre kids.

Thanks AJ. I contacted the owner a few weeks back and a car carrier who wanted $1500 to bring it across the strait. A few better ones around for the money, the interior and engine bay need work.
