I got directed to this one http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/ind ... tryID=4374 when i was telling everyone in the Tassie section how tuff my mini will be when its finished and how so much better it is that all of their cars, but no one wanted to argue or fight with me ![]() Hmmmm but that purple one is a sexy mini |

Oh true... Yeah there's a slight mistake with that 68 Mini, definately can't be a 68 Leyland. |

mmm be careful attaching certain branding to cars from different countries - depending on what sold well and what the public perception of a brand was often dictated the nomenclature used. For instance although Austin and Morris sold side by side in australia throughout the sixties, the mini was only sold as Morris in Australia because Morris had a better reputation for quality and reliability which was important when launching something as radical as the mini. |
