Heya everyone

My brakes are starting to shudder when braking arround 70kmh..ive had them all done..and then done again cos the new drums were tiny bit out of score...

The left bearing makes alot of noise when im turning..so im starting to think its just that.

Sorry if this sounds like a silly question,

But what would i be in for when trying to change the wheel bearing???
need touque wrench?
that sorta stuff.

cheers...K-Bar

Probably need brand new bearings. If one is stuffed I'd do both as the other is probably on it's way out. You'd need to pop the ball joints out do you need a separator tool or a fork. You'd need a hub nut socket, a breaker bar of some sort, torque wrench and some hub nut split pins.

You may need to remove the drum off your hub which means probably an impact screwdrier for the drum screws or drive flange screws. You also need a soft chisel of some sort to tap the old bearings out and tap in the new ones. And a tub of High Temp Bearing grease, I like Catrol HTB and so does Kev 8)

That's all I can think of for now.
