No vinyl spray (colour change) works well
Just follow the instructions and make sure the head lining is clean first.

I sprayed my old roof lining once with Solver water based banner paint. Stuck bloody well and gave a nice sheen finish!

I sprayed mine from white to black and it came out really well. Think it took 2 cans of the vinyl stuff

Same here...sort of...the previous owner of my mini was a bit rough with the white to black conversion. I tried to clean the black off, but no go.....so I reqprayed it black and it came up pretty well.

Used a couple of cans.....so don't just buy one!

Where can you buy Vinlyl Dye from? I'm in Adelaide. Also, on mine I have a white (once upon a time anyway) lining which has what look like adhesive stains in brown. Will these need to be cleaned off first?

I used some vinyl dye on the faded interior of my old Corvette. I tried some without using the prep spray and it was okay. But I used the prep spray that the can of dye suggested and then the dye worked very well and was very durable too. So make sure you read the instructions for the particular dye you decide to use.
