Most tyre dealers can still get 145-10 or 165/70-10. But last time I rang K-Mart they said they don't do 10"... pity, they were cheapest a while back!
A 145 is fine for a spare. It will cohabit with the 165/70-10s OK, just don't drive too hard..
BTW, after all the stories heard about Yokohama 165/70-10 A008s being hard to get/no longer made/not brought in anymore etc, 3 of us just bought 12 in one go. Better price..
