Hi all Am off to the UK for a holiday and have found some replacement door hinges for not much money over there, mine are knackerred and new hinge pins wont be enough to save them. Are the UK style Mk1/2 external hinges the same as the aussie ones, I have a 76 Clubby. Cheers Rick |

You can save some room in your bags for the cross flow head you want to bring back. You only need the bushes and pins. Only cost a couple of dollars and are sooooo easy to fit. |

I've already got the bushes and pins, but the Drivers side in particular is so bad I will need to get it drilled out and oversize bushes machined up. Can be done, but the ones I have the opportunity to get are cheap as. |

No, I haven't tried adjsuting the striker plate. Presumably this is a case of loosening the screws and moving it down. Won't actually fix the problem of the worn hinges but might stop it being such a pain in the meantime. Will have a go tonight. Cheers Rick |
