Going back a little while Spam was getting out of control. In an effort to raise post counts people were posting excessively. In an effort to keep the spammers away from actual intellectual discussion a new room was created and named after the biggest spammer there was (at that time anyway).

You raise a good point in that there is no need for the two section but Makka's Poolroom is generally where the M15+ stuff goes i think
