Well, wasnt really the mini's fault, more so mine.
Recently i rebuilt a 1.5in SU i had sitting in my shed. Decided to chuck it on yesterday and all was well (sort of). Car had a loss of power (not fluttering, just no power) under load so i figured "ah its just the mixture". Got it home today after having to pull out of the mini cruse coz it was runnig like poo up hills, pulled up into my garage and the penny dropped........... I thought i had put the BQ needle i had in my existing carb into the rebuilt one (which had an ADF needle in it), needless to say, i hadn't.
