I recieved a Victoria Red Light Cam offence in the mail today, I was wondering if anyone has ever had anyluck in disputing such a fine. There was a guy riding behind me that also went through the red light (after me) , And I was wondering if i get the photo would it be worth it, Can they fine with two cars in a photo. |

Yeah read google. Somewhere it says... (something like) The car is used by a number of people and I can say that I was not driving the car at the time. Due to us not keeping a diary or log of who drives the car, and when, we have not been able to come to a conclusion as to who was actually driving when the apparent offence occured. How do i know this? Because i do...

damnnn, bro. seems to be a debatable infringment. especially if the other bloke was captured in the photo. it should be his more so than yours. BTW are you still availble Thursday bro? i could maybe come pick you up. when do you rekon we could finish it, im also available wednesday tomorrow. |

Yeah not a bad one, Was also thinking that i could look in the death section of the paper, and put sombody i dont know down, Maybe a little wrong. $30 to get the photo. Well it actually wasnt in my car, But i was driving, so maybe she could do that! |

The excuse that the car wasn't being driven by you is being phased out pretty quickly. Basically in some states (including WA at this time) if you own the car, you are responsible for whoever is driving it. If that cannot be ascertained by truth or deception then you will cop the consequences. Wait for the day they attach a speed camera to those peckers and get you for speeding to make the orange as well as going through on the red. Me, I just slow down and stop. It's easier. |
