I was lucky enough to recently find some 12 inch HB Torana rims. I am rebuilding a Clubman and will be putting some Honda disc brakes on.

My question is, Is there a place is Newcastle that repairs steel rims? The HB rims have a few small dents around the edges from running into kerbs, etc over the years. I would like these straightened a little.

Look forward to anyones help.

Cheers, Bruce. :)

If you can't find a place in Newie, go for a blast down the freeway to the place in Thornleigh (SYD). They are a well known wheel repairer and race Mini's, so are a 'Mini friendly' business

Thanks for the advice - looks as though I will have to use the F3.

By the way, love the website. Thanks again. 8)

Alf, it's not a clubman van by any chance is it? I saw one under resto and was gonna post in the spotted section and when I came back with my digital camera the inconsiderate owner had moved it up the driveway

I'm not a stalker, honest mister!

No it's not a Van, and it's a bit early for photo's, but you are welcome to take lots of them in the future.

Fortunately the restoration is my second Mini.
