Hi guys
I would like to know how the best way to got the rear helper springs back on a wet sub frame.
I've just changed the rear sub frame, thay are giving me trouble

They are a PITA But.. I got some packing tape and put it through the helper spring and PULL and try to keep the spring on there while you put the washer and split pin back in. If you lift just the front of the car it might help compress the rear suspension a bit but it makes it hard to get in there 
PS used packing tape because it will split and I can get it back out afterwards but whatever you think is suitable.
