Whilst driving this evening, the mini steering got very crazy hard.
The effort needed to steer the wheel, and then return it back to a straight path, on level gorund, i cant describe what it was like, it was almost like pushing against something, But there was a resistance that was strong in the direct opposite direction.

But
then
It fixed itself, and is back to normal.
Occasionally i hear some metallic rubbing of bits that sound like they are coming from the steering column, and they dont sound normal.
Obviously there is nothing myself could do to fix, but is there anything that i can look at myself, to try and find some more evidence to a specific problem?
