Alrighty, i am going to jump on board what sports850 is doing at the moment but with a twist. I would like to create a register for deluxes. What i would like are the exact details that are on the build plate and the radiator shroud (for those of you that still have them  )
And any other info that you feel would help me out with this. PM me or leave our details in the forum Rohan |

Good luck with it Rohan , also ask for details of date first registerred if known , any dates stamped on the cars bit's and the dealer if known (some have dealer stickers in engine bay/handbook etc ....) . The 850 register is going well and can now guesstimate the month built of most 850's , if we get more registers like this (and the LS register czerial has done) then we can have a "tool" to identify peoples cars as thye come along . |

Mine is registered as a 68 Deluxe. Plate . type YMA2S2 car # 35928 engine # 9YA/Ta/H 37232 colour 1/Malmo Green/3 Most things which had a date on it have been changed over at different times so theres not really anything to date it. Edit : The fusebox is dated 8/66 and the old 850 type ignition switch is 12/66 which tends to fit in with what I think the car really was originally. The body number for what it worth seeing I don't believe the shell is a deluxe is body # 1686 radiator shroud 1173. It didn't come with the original engine but by co-incidence a friend brought a mini from the same person a few months earlier and it had that engine in it so I now have the original stored away. |

This be mine: Type: YMA2S2 Car no: 13989 Engine no: 9YA/Ta/H 14647 Colour: 1/Marine Blue/3 I was told it was a 1966...not sure

Barney the Pretend S is YMA2S2/15588 I thought he was a `66, may be even earlier. No channels in floor for the hydro pipes. |

seems like mine's the oldest so far

OK, I have a 1966 Deluxe First registered in March-April 66. Colour- 1 Sand, Beige 3. VIN 20511950 Engine No. 9YATH 12986 79,427 Genuine miles (Sales brochure and service history to prove it) Original engine with this car. Was positive earth and now has the Mini K black facia but original speedo still in the car. Rubber floor mats still mostly intact with the bull imprint near the gearstick. All the electrics are stamped November 1965. I guess if you want any other info Simon has seen it a couple of times to fit a nudgebar.
