Yes there is only one each side, unless you have a remote shift- they have one in the tunnel as well.

I wouldn't buy the mounts with captive nuts in them, they are too thick. I bought one and had a hell of a time- you need a trained elephant on a 6ft bar to force it down so the bolts go in.

If you want captive nuts (makes it easy to stick the bolts in from outside), tack weld a couple of nuts inside standard mounts before you fit 'em. 8)

removing the one on the right side of the car (without the radiator) and the top left bolt on the mount connecting to the clutch housing has the master cylinder brake line running over top of it, is this supposed to be there?

Not on a `66 p/van... sounds like the front pipe may be a bit bent.

I hope you are taking the clutch cover off to fit it..??

well long story short, that now doesn't need changing, i was going by my mates words that it needed fixing, realising it didn't after unbolting 5/6 bolts and seeing that the engine steady rod is snapped instead, how i missed it i do not know.. but yer.

i wasn't taking the clutch cover off tho.. didn't expect it needed doing.
thought it was just anothing annoying mini thing to fix :P
