Grille is easy to fit. Same as a regular front. Try using your search function for "flip front" or the correct spelling for "fibre" ...... there are a few topics already somewhere on here.... |

I'm not doing another flip front.... the one I had was a one-piece front..... but I have seen quite a few 2-piece setups on the net.... Here is one.... its dodgy, but it gives you an idea.. http://www.manchesterminis.co.uk/technical/flip_front1.htm |

I know Fred Sayers in Brisbane may still have the fibreglass moulds for the round nose minis and possibly clubmans, courtesy of his racing days. You can always give him a ring on 07 3359 2623 and if not home try ringing his son, Dwayne, at MR Automotive (Mini and Rover parts suppliers) on 07 3284 6688 or FAX 0n 07 3833 1485. Tell him David Smith put you onto him. |

Thanks a bunch. I was hoping for professionaly built brackets that would be allready to fit. He may be able to make me somthing nice. Otherwise i spend half a day with the jigsaw, and sure it will take a few goes. |

Cody (GT1360) bought a 'flip front kit' from somewhere I believe. I think he was liquidating some of his stuff to fund land purchases. Maybe PM him. |
