Hello All I am in Canada and of course Canadian mini's do not have vent windows. I would like to have vent windows in my mini. Does anyone have an old set they would like to part with for not too much money? All I want is the window and guide do not even need the glass as I can have that cut here. Thanks so much. |

they are a totally different door to the normal Pommy/canadian/japanese mini doors, you`ll find a pile of drama trying to "make" them fit |

Oh. So the angle of the front of the door is different? So would the door it self fit the opening? |

Doors are completely different shapes. Our doors are all Mk1 style, yours will be the bigger Mk3 style. |

Assuming your's is the internal hinged type door and not an early sliding window door than the door themselves are completely different . We didn't get internal hinges down here , only the sliding Mk1 doors , followed by our own version of the Mk1 with wind up windows and 1/4 vents . If your car has sliding windows or some version I haven't seen with windup windows while still having external hinges and no 1/4 windows then it may fit , but if you have internal hinges then you can't fit the 1/4 vent doors . |

But if he has Mk1 doors, then he can't just use the 1/4 window, he needs the whole aussie door! |

Would be easier , if you can find a Mk1 up there anywhere you could probably get someone to send you the appropriate doors but still an expensive option I'd say . |

or you could try the Sth African doors, i believe some of those were made with 1/4 vent windows worth an ask Jai (minicranks) might be able to help you there |

But if you were to trace the outline of your vent window I would be able to see just how far out and how much drama would be involved. |
