hi all,

well its come time that i need to change my door trims and i was thinking of having a built up section in the shape of the from morris badge with wings and then i was going to glue some material over it so it was all the one colour but the badge was raised.

my question is what sort of foam/material should i use for this raised section and how would i cut/shape it?

any info would be great

thanks all

I had Rockford Fosgate done like that on a Parcel shelf at Brisbane Car Sound, they did it by laminating a couple of pieces of vinyl together and cutting it out with a pair of scissors and glueing this on under the vinyl and pressing it into the corners as you glued the upper layer in ...... I was thinking about doing the same sort of thing with 3mm mdf with the corners saded smooth....
Cheers Gerars
