When fitting the front subframe, Is there rubbers (bushings) that go in between the body and the subframe, On the top mounts? |

Assuming you have an ozzie car, no, no rubber. Dry type suframes have a metal spacer, not certain if the wets have it though. |

The spacer sits between the subframe and the body? RIGHT..... The what washers are used for the top?, Just a split washer and 1/2"nut. |
