Is it an upside-down Blue triangle - Solid or is it an upside-down blue triangle with the arrow going down the middle pointing down? |

It is a blue triangle. It does not matter which way up you have it. If the battery is fitted with a cut out switch the blue triangle has a red spark across it. |

I've seen an upside down and right way up solid blue triangle , plus one with a lightning type jagged line in the middle of it . I thought the reg's normally just said a blue triangle to indicate the position of the battery .... |

The blue triangle is to show the location of the battery. The blue triangle with the red spark is to show the location of the cut out switch. |
