I came across this site http://www.radfordmini.free-online.co.uk/rpane.htm

It says: The ?Radford Mini de Ville? Register was set up to cater for the Mini de Ville that was produced by the coach building firm HAROLD RADFORD COACHBUILDERS LTD from 1963-1971. These super luxury cars were developed using the Mini range and built to Rolls Royce limousine standards.

From what I can see of this model, that they had the fold out rear-section and some came out with the fold-back style sun-roof and from the site I found, different style dash?
