cheers darrin Yes but you'll need to use 12 or 13" wheels unless you are lucky enough to find a moke that someone has put cooper S 7 1/2" discs onto , mokes used the larger 8.4" discs . |

thanks miniman & sports 850 i think fitting 12's or 13's may be a small price to pay for the disc brake setup also if it is an original californian it should have a 1275 ... am i right? Darrin |

probably a 50/50 type deal , Californians also came out with a 998 and looked almost the same as the 1275 one . You'd still have a pretty good chance of it being a 1275 though , especially if it's got disc brakes as the 998 only had drums from memory . |

A moke must be pretty bad to scavange it for parts for a clubbie. How bad is it? You might be better off peddling it on ebay and buying new parts for you clubbie. |

Moke bits are getting difficult to find. If the Moke you are wrecking for mechanical bits is rusted beyond help, you can always sell off the rest. eg: Bumpers, rear trailing arms, wheels, factory rollbars and windscreen frames. Cheers, |
